Dr. Chih-Tsung Shen received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University, Taipei, Taiwan. He earned the Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Graduate Institute of Networking and Multimedia, National Taiwan Universirty, Taipei, Taiwan. He was a Research Assistant with the Institute of Information Science, Academia Sinica, Taipei, from 2008 to 2012, and an Algorithm Engineer with Himax Technologies, Inc., Tainan, Taiwan, from 2012 to 2014. He is a Manager with Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI), Hsinchu, Taiwan. He is also the Founder with GenkiTek, a spin-off start-up of ITRI. Since 2025, he joins National Taiwan Normal University as an Adjunct Assistant Professor. His research interests include Computer Vision, Computer Graphics, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things, and Healthcare.
